The Braindate Lounge

Sunday, November 10 - Tuesday, November 12

View the schedule for specific times the Braindate Lounge is open.

Hospitality partners and meeting professionals, get ready to intentionally connect like never before! This year, we’re introducing Braindate — a digital tool to help you meaningfully meet and learn while at the Annual Conference. Braindates are knowledge-sharing conversations that you can browse and book to have with others in the Braindate Lounge at the Annual Conference.

Engage in one-on-one or small group conversations based on topics posted by you and fellow participants. This is a unique opportunity to brainstorm, solve challenges, share expertise or experiences while meeting new (brilliant!) people. Don’t miss this opportunity to tap into the collective knowledge of your peers and friends.

Here's how it works:
  1. Through the event mobile app, you'll be able to access the Braindate Gateway, where you can browse topics others have posted related to knowledge they'd like to share, or anything they'd like to discuss in the Topic Market. This is also where you can post topics for others to book!
  2. Choose a topic you'd like to discuss and if it's a one-on-one topic, propose a few times to meet. Group braindates happen at one set time: you'll simply reserve a spot to join one.
  3. Book your braindates! When it's time to meet, make your way to the Braindate Lounge.

Watch this video to learn more. Additional information and access to the Braindate Topic Market will be shared with registered attendees prior to the event!
