FICP Annual Conference Sponsorship Sales

Sales for the 2016 Annual Conference will go live, Thursday, February 11 at 11:00 am CST. The link will be made available on the FICP website and sent via email communication.

Make sure these timely emails are delivered to your inbox by following the instructions below:
  1. Check your spam, junk or bulk folders for emails from FICP. If you see a message from us in one of those folders, add info@ficpnet.com to the safe sender list in your email platform.
  2. If you cannot locate the email in the above-mentioned folders, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be blocking one of Constant Contact’s (the email management platform used by FICP) IP addresses. Since Constant Contact does not always send your email from the same IP address, it is not possible to determine which particular IP address has been blocked. To ensure that all IP addresses are being accepted by your ISP, you may wish to request a whitelist for FICP from your ISP or IT department. If you need more assistance, please contact FICP's Community Manager.

Congrats to the FICP Member Recruitment Winner

The New Member Recruiting Contest is FICP’s yearly promotion to grow membership and allow hospitality partners who did not secure a sponsorship opportunity to attend the Annual Conference. FICP proudly welcomed 50 new members as a result of the 2015 contest. Thank you to all of the members and hospitality partners who helped grow FICP!

Congratulations to the 2015 winner, Anne Erickson of Philip Myers Entertainment. As the hospitality partner winner, Anne received a complimentary spot at the 2015 FICP Annual Conference.

Answer the Call and Participate in the FICP Mentorship Program

FICP is excited to announce that we will be continuing the hospitality partner Mentorship Program in 2016. The program will continue to focus on assisting new and existing hospitality partners with their transition into FICP, and is designed to educate new hospitality partners on how to maximize the value of their affiliation with FICP and provide them with industry expertise. This is a year-round initiative to ensure that knowledge is being shared beyond in-person events, thereby increasing their overall professional development.

Mentors selected to participate in this program have extensive FICP knowledge and are eager to serve as a resource for their colleagues. If you are interested in serving as a mentor in 2016, please submit a Call for Mentor form. If you are interested in being assigned a mentor in 2016, please submit a Mentor Request form. The HPAC will assign mentors later this month.

We hope that you take advantage of this great opportunity to enhance your engagement with FICP. If you have any questions, please contact Kelly Sherrard via email or at (312) 245-1023.
