Did You Know?
In this edition of NewsNet, we're kicking off 2020! As we end the second week of the new year, how is your New Year's resolution coming along? Do you have one? It is estimated that nearly one in two Americans has a New Year's resolution. However, only eight percent are able achieve or stay with their resolution by the end of the year. According to psychologists, a winning strategy to stay true to your resolution is to focus on a plan of action, not the final result. Set small, incremental goals to continually encourage yourself to ultimately reach the final goal desired. As we're only 10 days in to 2020, it's not too late to reboot your mindset and approach to the most daunting goals. You've got this!
