Join us for a morning of Hatha Yoga, your opportunity to relax and unwind. Hatha is the umbrella term for all schools of yoga. It's from this discipline that all yoga derives — classic poses and postures combined with deep breathing to build strength and flexibility. Classes are open to all levels and difference teachers will share difference styles of yoga. Further information to come. 

Meet by the elevators in the lobby at 6:00 a.m. to walk to the gym. Class will start at 6:15 a.m.

FICP Gives Back: LEGO^® Portrait Teambuilding Event

Remember all the fun you had growing up making amazing creations with LEGO^®? Relive the glory days AND give back to the community with our LEGO Superhero Portrait Build! Join us for an afternoon of fun as we turn thousands of LEGO pieces into incredible portraits of everyone's favorite cartoon characters. Finished art pieces will be donated to local Ronald McDonald Houses and Boys and Girls Clubs along with additional bins of loose LEGO, so kids can make their own awesome creations.
