Participants will then break into groups to discuss their career challenges with peers and a coach. This session is designed to help you develop a concrete career plan, strategize for annual reviews, or solve specific career-related problems. By engaging with others who share similar experiences, you'll gain valuable insights and personalized guidance to navigate your professional journey.
To maximize the benefits of this session, attendees will be sent the CliftonStrengths Assessment to complete beforehand. This will enrich the attendees’ experience and enable deeper, more meaningful career conversations during the program. This session is curated for rising professionals with less than 10 years of industry experience, but all career levels are welcome.
