2024 FICP Strategic Leaders Event 

The Strategic Leaders Event is tailored exclusively for the F&I industry's most senior-level meetings professionals. Attendees had the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded peers on pertinent topics crucial to their strategic roles and share F&I-specific insights and experiences via roundtable discussions and facilitated dialogue.

The 2024 FICP Strategic Leaders Event took place in Tampa, Florida, at the luxurious JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, December 9-10. Known as the Big Guava, Tampa is a growing, vibrant city — which made it an ideal destination for this invitation-only, 1.5-day retreat.
